Visitors Information Desk

The Visitor’s Information Desk, located at the hospital’s main entrance, should be your first stop when visiting MetroSouth Medical Center. If you are visiting certain areas of the hospital, such as the Women’s Care Center or Special Care Nursery, you’ll need to pick up an ID bracelet or pass at the Visitor’s Information Station in order to be allowed in these areas. You can also pick up a map of our facility to help guide you during your visit. Our friendly volunteers are also available to answer any questions you may have and guide you to your location.
