Visiting Hours
General visiting hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for visitors age 13 and above, as the patient’s condition permits. Each visitor must have an appropriate pass visibly displayed at all times and each patient may have two visitors. Food is not permitted in patient rooms unless requested by the patient and approved by the nurse.
This policy applies to all floors with these exceptions:
Same-Day Surgery
There are no specific visiting hours for this area. Visitors are permitted from the time the patient arrives until discharge from the hospital. Only two visitors are permitted. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted.
Hospice
Hospice patients have NO restrictions.
Labor & Delivery
- The father of the new baby or significant other (chosen by the mother) may visit at any time.
- Two additional visitors are permitted per patient (for a total of three) who may visit at any time.
- Exceptions to this policy require the consent of the physician. No persons under the age of 13 are permitted inside this unit.
Women’s Care Unit
- The father of the new baby or significant other (chosen by the mother) may visit at any time. The father or significant other will be issued an ID bracelet, which must be worn during the entire stay.
- Visiting hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for all other visitors.
- Brothers and sisters of the new baby may visit from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. They must be accompanied by a person at least 18 years of age.
Special Care Nursery
Only the parents (or significant other with an ID bracelet) and grandparents of the infant are permitted inside the unit.
