Catherine Lindsay, MD

 

Dr. Lindsay is board-certified in family medicine and is passionate about women’s health and public health.

After earning her Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina, Dr. Lindsay obtained her M.D. Medicine from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia. She then went on to complete her residency in family medicine at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, Fla. She also gained additional OB/Gyn experience through an internship at New Hanover Medical Center in Wilmington, N.C.

Dr. Lindsay has been practicing since 2006, and is fluent in Spanish as well as English.

She also holds the following certifications: advanced cardiac life support provider, neonatal resuscitation, and advanced life support in obstetrics instructor and provider. Additionally, she currently holds the position of Volunteer Faculty of the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Miami.

Dr. Lindsay sees patients at the MetroSouth Health Center at Blue Island.
