Tom Reardon
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Reardon has over 30 years of healthcare experience. He has served as CEO of multi-hospital systems, a faculty member of the Harvard School of Public Health and on many Boards including the Harvard Medical Center and CRICO, the off-shore insurer for MIT, Harvard University and the Harvard teaching hospitals. Tom was a long-time columnist with Hospital News and has had two books and over 200 articles on healthcare issues published. Tom served as CEO of Cambio Health Solutions, LLC, a nationally recognized hospital turnaround firm.
Lawrence Krule
Chief Restructuring Officer
Mr. Krule has 25 years of executive financial experience and a comprehensive background in sophisticated financial and operating engagements, including the evaluation and structuring of specialized opportunities, the rapid deployment of financial resources and the implementation of unique workforce teams. Before joining Falcon Investors LLC, he was consultant to the president of Geller & Company LLC, a major New York City accounting firm, while also serving as President and CEO of Geller Business Services. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Goldin Associates, the financial advisors and turnaround consultants. Born and raised in Chicago, Mr. Krule earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSBA from Roosevelt University. He is an executive of two national non-profits.
Dr. Enrique Beckmann
Chief Executive Officer
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Beckmann has 30 years of medical and administrative healthcare experience. He is a board certified pathologist and President of a multi-hospital pathology group. Dr. Beckmann's experience in hospital administration includes serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman of a large teaching hospital and Chief Medical Officer of a community hospital. Dr. Beckmann possesses considerable expertise in medical affairs ranging from strategic planning, physician recruitment, practice management, the development of outpatient service networks and various academic medical and regulatory matters..
Barbara Groux
Vice President of Finance
Ms. Groux has more than 20 years of experience as a senior healthcare executive, holding executive positions ranging from hospital CFO to senior vice president, operations controller, of a multi-hospital company. She was formerly Senior Vice President and CFO of Cambio Health Solutions, LLC, a nationally recognized hospital turnaround firm, where she was project manager on multiple contracts with significant strategic planning with hospital senior management, boards and physicians.
John Ulett
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Ulett has over 30 years of Information Systems experience. His expertise crosses several industries in key positions including; product marketing and strategic account sales for Microsoft Corporation in the early 80's, system design and implementation for a U.S. manufacturing company with off-shore offices in Taiwan and China, systems implementation and plan mergers for a managed care company, Chief Information Officer for a nonprofit community based hospital, urban teachings hospital, and Corporate CIO with a for-profit multi-hospital system.
Linda M. St. Julien
Vice President Clinical Operations/CNOMs
Ms. St. Julien has 29 years of healthcare expertise. She has served in various executive positions ranging from Vice President of Clinical Operations/Chief Nursing Officer, as well as Vice President of Non-Clinical/Clinical Services. Linda’s experience includes working with a multi-system healthcare organization and academic center. Ms. St. Julien participates on a number of Chicago area Nursing Education Boards. Linda has always been dedicated to promoting excellence in quality healthcare.
Barbara Fideli
Vice President Non-Clinical Operations
Ms. Fideli has over twenty five years of healthcare and large multi-systems organization experience. Her expertise crosses multiple industries in key positions such as leading mergers and acquisitions, multi-state new business start ups and international business development. She has served in various leadership roles ranging from Vice President of Non-Clinical Operations to full operational responsibility earning awards in Operational Excellence and leading a facility to be named one of the top ten facilities in the country.
Denise Cameron
Vice President Business Development and Physician Services
Denise joined MetroSouth Medical Center as the Vice President of Business Development and Physician Services in October 2009. Denise and her team are responsible for the development and implementation of the hospital’s Marketing and Community Relations plans. Additionally, Denise assists the President of MetroSouth Medical Center with the development of new service lines and physician recruitment.
Prior to joining MetroSouth, Denise was the Vice President of Managed Care and Medical Staff Services for the Neurologic & Orthopedic Hospital of Chicago, the nation’s first licensed acute care hospital focused on neurosurgery and orthopedics. Her primary responsibility was commercial payer contract negotiation, and, in that role, Denise’s achievements included taking the hospital from start-up to revenue growth in excess of $50.0 mm in just over seven years. In addition to her contracting responsibilities, Denise also oversaw the operations of the hospital’s Medical Staff Office, as well as having responsibility for physician recruitment and retention.
Denise has held several other health care leadership positions in Chicago, having worked for both United Healthcare and Humana. Additionally, Denise shared her expertise in her role as a managed care consultant, representing the contracting interests of nearly a dozen hospitals throughout Chicago.
Denise, who began her career as a pediatric Registered Nurse at St. Mary’s hospital of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, serves as the Managed Care Committee leader for HFMA’s 1st Illinois Chapter.
Stephen Stewart
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Stewart has over 25 years experience in acute care hospital and senior living finance. He has served at for-profit and non-profit organizations, including regional and national systems. He has brought multiple bond offerings to market, was a founding member of an off-shore insurance captive, developed a $150 million CCRC campus up to the pre-sale stage, and has spoken frequently at national conferences. Stephen's MBA is from the University of Chicago and he is actively involved in volunteer ministry.
