Dr. Uche Olekanma

Dr. Uche Olekanma is an internal medicine physician at MetroSouth Medical Center in the Avalon Park health center. Dr. Olekanma grew up in Nigeria and moved to the United States to finish his medical training at Cook County Hospital Chicago. He is married with two children. An avid golfer, Dr. Olekanma also enjoys traveling. He specializes in the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart diseases, obesity and COPD (chronic obsrucitve pulmonary disease).
